Welcome! My name is ridho tijan, and I am a millennial who likes design as a career choice. Started from being when I was in senior high school. And got bullying by friends and family coz I created a terrible website in color and typhography.
I have been hurt for more than 3 years coz of that, then I still have motivation bottom of my heart. Everything is said behind my back is wrong!.
Continuing college and choosing computer science as a major does not change my design skills. Then, in the 3rd semester tried to take a web design course.
With limited knowledge, I started trying to post all my designs on social media every week. In less than a year, my design began to change much better. Bad comments turn into appreciation.
But the problem is not only that. There are other stairs that I have to go through to become a master or professional. What are they?

- How many hours to master something
Knowing the 2 things above makes your process become a master much faster. And there are some problems that I see when learning design. What are they?
- Not daring to appear in public,
- Can’t negotiate
- Don’t know how to sell
- Don’t Dare to speak up
- Don’t have a friend and are confused about where to share a problem
- Doesn’t know how to handle critic
The things above are enough for me. I want it to don’t have to happen to you.
So, I created this website so that when you face the problems above, you have a mapping or basic knowledge to deal with the problems above.
I hope to succeed in this mission. I will give it my best shot!
